I can no longer log in.
Use the forgotten password function to set a new password and you should be able to log in again.

Can I enter multiple delivery and billing addresses?
If you have created a customer account, you can enter several addresses in the address book and select which one is to be used for each order.

I have previously ordered as a guest, can this become a normal account?
Please send us an email, we can turn any guest account into a regular account.
All we need is the email address you used to place your order.

I have several accounts and would like to combine them.
Again, you can send us an email. Tell us your email address(es) of the account(s) you would like to have combined.
